Data Collected and Purposes
This website collects personal data exclusively through the contact and demo request form, and through website usage analytics tools.
Contact and Demo Request Form
When you fill in the form on this website, we collect: name, email address, name of your organisation or venue (optional), type of site selected, free-text message (optional).
Purpose: to respond to your enquiry, assess interest in a partnership, and initiate direct contact.
Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention: data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from collection, unless a contractual relationship is established that requires longer retention.
Analytics
This website may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze visitor behavior and improve the user experience. GA4 is provided by Google LLC. For users in the European Union, data is processed on servers located within the EU.
Data collected via GA4 includes aggregated information on page usage, approximate geographic origin, device type, and browser. Google Analytics 4 is configured in anonymization mode: IP addresses are truncated before storage and do not allow identification of individual users.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller in improving the service (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Should GA4 be activated with tracking cookies, the legal basis will become user consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and a compliant cookie banner will be implemented.

Data Transfers
Data collected through the contact form is not transferred to third parties or used for unsolicited marketing purposes.
Should Google Analytics 4 be activated, aggregated usage data will be processed by Google LLC. Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provides adequate safeguards for transfers to the United States under Art. 46 GDPR. For further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, request its rectification or erasure, object to processing, request restriction of processing, and request data portability, to the extent provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
